Within a few years, MADARSAH TUL WAEZEEN Lucknow (India) produced such eloquent and enchanting preachers who, with their effective, heartwarming and insightful statements, preached the religion of truth so forcefully that a scholar was astonished. The sounds of their beautiful sermons echoed not only in the united India but also in distant countries like China, Singapore and Africa, where those holy souls proclaimed the truth. The great writer and Mufassir e Quran, Maulana Syed Zafar Hassan Naqvi, Sir Muzaffar Ali Khan Qazilbash, Saqqat-ul-Islam Hafiz Muhammad Bashir Ansari (Fatiha Taxila), Mr. Syed Musayyib Ali Zaidi are the main founders of Imamia University.
QIBLA MOLANA SYED ZAFAR HASAN NAQVI SAHIB QIBLA
A seminary was established for Shia Muslims based on the talent and intellectual abilities of Qibla Maulana Syed Zafar Hassan Naqvi. Qibla hails from a respected family in Amroha (Uttar Pradesh), India. After the establishment of Pakistan, he and a few of his sincere friends set up a seminary to promote the religion. And after the advice of his friends, he founded this madrasa in Nazimabad No. 2, Karachi, in August 1953, which was named MADARSAH TUL WAEZEEN JAMA-E-IMAMIA. He was the author of two hundred books and the translator of many famous books. Along with this, Qiblah also contributed to the interpretation of the Quran and wrote a 5-Volume Tafseer al-Quran. In addition, he was the translator and author of Usul al Kafi, Furu’ al-Kafi, Majma’ al-Fada’il, Seerat-e-Nabi (peace be upon him), Misbah al-Majalis, Majma’ al-Ayat, Majalis-e-Khawat, Khasais-e-Nasai, Seerat-e-Ali (peace be upon him), Tuhfat al Ibrar and many other books. In which the principles of Kafi and the branches of Kafi are at the top of the list. Due to his services to the religion of Qibla and the believers, he enjoyed a special place among his contemporaries. His companions include Mr. Mustafa Jauhar Sahib, Mr. Agha Sultan Mirza Sahib, Mr. Maulana Naqi-ul-Hasan Sahib, Mr. Musayyib Ali Zaidi Sahib and others.
HONORABLE NAWAB MUZAFFAR ALI KHAN QAZILBASH
For the past two hundred years, Nisar Haveli has been a special place for mourning in Lahore during the days of mourning, where believers come every year to participate in gatherings and processions. Nawab Muzaffar Ali Khan Qazilbash also belongs to Nisar Haveli Lahore. Due to his dedication and influence in serving the religion, at the request of the Qibla Maulana Zafar Hassan Sahib, Maulana Muhammad Bashir Sahib, land was needed in Karachi for the establishment of MADARSAH TUL WAEZEEN JAMA-E-IMAMIA. In this regard, the Nawab Sahib, while offering his services, obtained land for MADARSAH TUL WAEZEEN JAMA-E IMAMIA in Nazimabad No. 2 and also made donations.

In the last ten days of mourning, during the mourning ceremonies, Qibla Maulana Sahib used to address the ceremonies at the funeral home of Syed Musayyib Ali Zaidi Sahib. Since he also had the desire to establish a religious seminary like Qibla Maulana Zafar Hassan Sahib, Hazrat Damay Darhamay Sukhna stood by Qibla Maulana’s side and offered his services

Syed Musayyib Ali Zaidi Sahib’s name needs no introduction. The mourning at Qasr-e-Musayyib in the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal and the procession on 8 Rabi-ul-Awwal became his identity. Musayyib Sahib was a very sincere mourner and supported MOLANA SYED ZAFAR HASAN NAQVI in his tireless efforts to spread religion and establish MADARSAH TUL WAEZEEN JAMAE-IMAMIA at every level. Musayyib Sahib’s services for raising funds in the Ashra Majalis and processions held at his house are outstanding. Mr. Musayyib Sahib was also elected the first Finance Secretary of JAMA-E-IMAMIA.
